The name only seemed fitting. Hardway Performance Solutions is family-owned and operated. A dream come true for Ryan & Leslie Milliken, who share one goal to solve problems the right way from lessons learned the hard way. Ryan entered the performance diesel scene in 2007 when he bought one of the first 6.7 Cummins in town, and it went downhill from there, gaining momentum rapidly when Ryan decided to take the leap of faith and separate from active duty military in August of 2012 to pursue a full-time career in the Diesel Performance Industry. Along the way, Ryan & Leslie were blessed to have some of the best mentors and opportunities one could imagine, and they consider those that surround them as part of their family. A big thank you goes out to all who have made this possible, and you know who you are!
